Updating or Removing Team Contacts on RobotEvents

If you are listed as the primary, secondary, or financial contact for a team and are no longer associated with that team, you can use the instructions in this article to update the information and remove yourself as a contact.

PLEASE NOTE: It may take up to two business days for these changes to be in effect with regard to our mailing list. You may receive additional emails from your TEM or EEM until these changes are finalized by our server.

Secondary or Financial Contact

  1. Log Into RobotEvents.com
  2. In the upper right corner, click on [My Account]
  3. On the left-side menu, click [Dashboard]
  4. On the Team list, click the [Edit Team] Button, and a new page will load 
  5. In the upper right corner, click the [Manage Contacts] Button
  6. In the top box, use the dropdown menus to remove yourself as the secondary or financial contact by switching it to the same as the PRIMARY contact 
  7. IMPORTANT - Click [Save]
  8. In the bottom box, click “REMOVE” next to all instances of your email address
  9. IMPORTANT - Click [Save]

Primary Contact

Please send an email to your Team Engagement Manager or Regional Support Manager with the following information:

  1. A list of all of your currently-associated team numbers that you wish to be removed from
  2. The contact information for the NEW Coach or Administrator that the team(s) can be transferred to OR let us know if your program is being discontinued so we can transfer all teams to an administrator at your organization (for school-based programs)
